It’s Still Business As Usual At YaYa21

Since the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, every aspect of our lives has been affected or altered in some way. As a result we have implemented changes to the way we work in order to ensure the safety of our staff, customers and all those around stay as safe as possible. At all times UK Government advice is, and will continue to be strictly and stringently adhered to.

We are delighted to say that we are still offering free standard delivery for the whole of the UK, but please be aware that there may be slight delays in delivery times at the moment, but rest assured that we will still be supplying all our wonderful gifts and accessories which will always be with you as soon as we can get them to you. If you have any queries, please contact us on the email address above.

All our couriers have put in place a number of methods to keep their drivers and customers safer, and we would like to ask you to have a way of achieving contact-free delivery – no signature will be required, and no contact, and your parcel can be left in a safe place, or outside your front door if you are there to then collect after the courier has departed.

We are constantly monitoring the developing situation, and adhering to all advice and guidelines offered by the UK Government. We will continue to act in a way that keeps our fantastic team, our hard-working suppliers, and you, our amazing customers, safe.
