Important YaYa21 Delivery Information
For UK deliveries, if your package includes open blade razors, we’ll use the Royal Mail Age Verification Service. Don’t worry, it’s just our way of ensuring everything’s above board. You might need to show your ID upon delivery, but it’s all in the spirit of safety and following the rules. So, if you’ve ordered anything with Double Edge Razors, Double Edge Blades, or Straight Razors, this applies to you
Also, please be advised that as a result of UK legislation, we are no longer allowed to send open blade razors overseas, ie anywhere outslde the UK
We offer 2 alternative methods of delivery if you live on the UK mainland, either Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Service or Royal Mail Next Day Delivery. Please note that for a few postcodes, we cannot guarantee a Next Day Delivery – if you are unsure, please contact us at customerservice@yaya21.co.uk and we will be delighted to help. Please also be aware that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes for reasons of security.
For all European, EU, North America (USA and Canada) and Rest of World we offer a Royal Mail Tracked Service only. Please note that if you are outside the EU you may have to pay duty and / or import charges on the goods ordered. which become payable once the goods reach their country of destination.

3 – 4 working days, available Monday to Saturday, except Bank Holidays.

UK ROYAL MAIL NEXT DAY DELIVERY (excluding Channel Islands, offshore and Scottish Highlands and Islands)
Next day delivery, available Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays. Orders must be received by 1.00pm Monday to Friday for Next Day Delivery
One price for all sizes and weights of parcel, £7.95
A signature will be required on delivery, and if there is no-one in to receive the goods and sign for them, a card from Royal Mail may be left informing you that you missed the delivery. Your parcel may be left in a safe place, or with a neighbour, in which case the card will give you full details
Please note that if we are advised by our Payment Provider or any other professional adviser to conduct further investigations into the legitimacy of a payment and or any other details of a transaction, YaYa21 reserves the right to withhold delivery until we are fully satisfied that the transaction is legitimate and has been fully approved / payment fully cleared. Should fraudulent transactions take place, we will always notify the relevant authorities
EUROPE, EU AND SCANDINAVIA ROYAL MAIL TRACKED SERVICE
Tracked service, 4 – 8 working days
The cost of delivery to EU and Scandinavian countries can vary. It will usually be as per the table below, but for certain destinations, there may be a surcharge. When you check out with your purchases, our system will automatically calculate your delivery charge against your delivery address.

Tracked delivery, 8 – 10 working days USA / Canada, 10 – 14 working days Rest of World

Delivery price is subject to the weight / size of the product(s) you have ordered, as follows, but subject to a surcharge for certain destinations (see above )

Category C – large sized items – £25.00
Please note that for international destinations outside the EU it is not unusual for delays at Customs and there may be duty and / or import charges to pay. This is totally beyond our control and we will be able to supply no information regarding your parcel’s release to you.
