Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy – YaYa21

Cancellations

Should you decide to cancel your order before it has been despatched, log into My Account, and if Shipped is showing as No, you can still cancel your order by clicking on Recent Orders and you will be able to cancel on the next screen. You will be sent an email confirming your cancellation, and we will refund your payment to your account within 2 – 3 working days

If your order has already been despatched (most orders are despatched the day they are received), you will need to treat it as a return rather than a cancellation. If this is the case, please see below

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases from YaYa21. However, we do know that occasionally there may be times when you are not completely satisfied, in which case we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. Outbound carriage costs will only be refunded if the goods are faulty or incorrectly shipped. Your goods MUST be unused, returned with all tags attached in the original packaging, within 14 days of the day after receipt by yourself. The cost of returning your item must be borne by yourself, and the package returned to:

Please note that your goods are your legal responsibility until they reach our offices, and we recommend that you return all items fully insured

Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at customerservice@yaya21.co.uk quoting your Order Reference Number and we will advise you what to do next. We must be informed within 7 days of receipt if your product is faulty
